Coach Deb Fahey is a dedicated educator, lifelong mentor, and passionate learning advocate who believes that every learner deserves the opportunity to thrive and shine. With a heart rooted in empathy, shaped by her experience supporting a brother with special needs, Deb has spent her life meeting individuals where they are and helping them take their next steps to success.​
Coach Deb is inspired by what she calls the “learning dance” - that magical moment when a student’s eyes sparkle with understanding, joy fuels their perseverance, and learning becomes a joyful journey. From middle and high school classrooms in Massachusetts to one-on-one sessions with learners of all ages and abilities, Deb brings compassion, insight, and energy to every learning experience.​

Her career spans over 30 years as a global professional in technology and education. From Florida to North Carolina to her home state of Massachusetts, Deb has coached, trained, and mentored individuals and teams in software development, project management, Agile/Scrum, and educational leadership. She holds an MBA with a perfect 4.0 GPA (recognized by the International Honor Society) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education, specializing in Learning, Instruction, and Innovation.​

Coach Meredith has been working in education since 2010. After working for almost a decade in a college-preparatory school in Northern Virginia, she realized that she most enjoys motivating & supporting individuals in a smaller setting, outside of the classroom. She loves seeing people achieve their goals, become more confident in their abilities, and strive for even greater success.
In addition to teaching high school English, she has also served as a writing instructor, an SAT & ACT prep tutor, an aftercare director, a pre-school assistant, a character mentor, a field hockey coach, and a college essay tutor. Coach Meredith is determined to help learners meet their goals both in and out of the classroom, and she is confident that every individual can be successful with hard work and the right guidance.
She is passionate about working with learners of all ages, and she is excited to be working with the Step2Success Solutions team. Whatever your goals may be, Meredith is ready to help you work towards them.
Coach Meredith earned her B.A. in English from Gettysburg College, along with her Teaching Certificate (2016). While teaching, coaching, and tutoring, she also completed an accelerated M.S. in Education (2021) from Walden University, with a focus on Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction. She has additional certifications in ADHD Strategies, Engaging Adolescent Readers, The Brain & Reading, and Teaching Handwriting.
