
Coach Deb Fahey is a dedicated educator, lifelong mentor, and passionate learning advocate who believes that every learner deserves the opportunity to thrive and shine. With a heart rooted in empathy, shaped by her experience supporting a brother with special needs, Deb has spent her life meeting individuals where they are and helping them take their next steps to success.​
Coach Deb is inspired by what she calls the “learning dance” - that magical moment when a student’s eyes sparkle with understanding, joy fuels their perseverance, and learning becomes a joyful journey. From middle and high school classrooms in Massachusetts to one-on-one sessions with learners of all ages and abilities, Deb brings compassion, insight, and energy to every learning experience.​

Her career spans over 30 years as a global professional in technology and education. From Florida to North Carolina to her home state of Massachusetts, Deb has coached, trained, and mentored individuals and teams in software development, project management, Agile/Scrum, and educational leadership. She holds an MBA with a perfect 4.0 GPA (recognized by the International Honor Society) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education, specializing in Learning, Instruction, and Innovation.​
