Coach Meredith has been working in education since 2010. After working for almost a decade in a college-preparatory school in Northern Virginia, she was excited to transition her passion for motivating & supporting individuals into a smaller setting, outside of the classroom. She loves seeing people achieve their goals, become more confident in their abilities, and strive for even greater success.

 

In addition to teaching high school English, she has also served as a writing instructor, an SAT & ACT prep tutor, an aftercare director, a pre-school assistant, a character mentor, a field hockey coach, and a college essay tutor. Coach Meredith is determined to help learners meet their goals both in and out of the classroom, and she is confident that every individual can be successful with hard work and the right guidance.

 

She is passionate about working with learners of all ages, and she is excited to be working with the Step2Success Solutions team. Whatever your goals may be, Meredith is ready to help you work towards them.

 

Coach Meredith earned her B.A. in English from Gettysburg College, along with her Teaching Certificate (2016). While teaching, coaching, and tutoring, she also completed an accelerated M.S. in Education (2021) from Walden University, with a focus on Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction. She has additional certifications in Overcoming Dyslexia; ADHD Strategies; Engaging Adolescent Readers; The Brain & Reading; and Teaching Handwriting.
